The 2017 Subaru Impreza is built on an all-new platform that’s wider, longer and lower. The exterior features a fresh new look and the interior has been upgraded with better materials. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration is now standard with an easy-to-use touchscreen interface. The standard all-wheel drive delivers secure handling and wet-weather traction. An impressive array of new safety features is available on upper level trims. The new 2017 Impreza performs well; handling is confident, the brakes responsive and the steering quick. The ride is smooth and quiet. 

The 2017 Subaru Impreza comes in four trim levels: 2.0i base, Premium, Sport and Limited trim levels. The Premium, Sport and Limited models offer a lot of great features. 

The base 2.0i comes standard with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 152 horsepower and 145 pound-feet of torque) and comes with a five-speed manual transmission. A continuously variable transmission (CVT) is optional.  

CVT does come standard on the Premium trim. Other standard features include Subaru Starlink services, heated front seats automatic headlights. Premium Impreza hatchbacks also feature standard roof rails. Available options include a power sunroof, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert and steering-responsive fog lights.

The Sport offers a higher level of performance with its active torque vectoring for improved traction. The top-of-the-line Limited model features most of the Sport trim's technology equipment, as well as leather upholstery, a six-way power driver seat and automatic climate control system. Optional safety features include Subaru's EyeSight system with adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane departure alert and lane keeping assist. Blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert and reverse automatic braking are also available.
