Subaru Continues to Partner with PFLAG National to Make School Environments Safe for LGBTQ Youth

 

Subaru of America, Inc. is continuing its partnership with PFLAG, a national organization that unites families, allies and people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) for the Cultivating Respect: Safe Schools for All program. PFLAG National has been helping dissipate the fears and prejudices that are widespread in the LGBTQ community for nearly 45 years. PFLAG is is a resource in almost 400 communities. Their volunteers help family members and loved ones understand and advocate for their LGBTQ youth and friends, promoting changes in social attitudes toward sexual orientation and gender identity and express in the process.
